The Court of First Instance has ordered the seizure of the New Century Hotel over unpaid debts to a travel agency, our sister publication Business Daily reports. It was not immediately clear if the operations of the Greek Mythology casino, located within the grounds of the hotel, are affected. Energy Travel Agency Ltd manager Hoi Cheng Nga is seeking to recover an unspecified amount from the casino-hotel’s operator, Empresa Hoteleira de Macau Lda. The court’s judgement could affect New Century’s land concession.
