Luís Américo, Executive Chef of FADO restaurant at Hotel Royal Macau, is returning to Macau this April and May. The Portuguese chef will showcase his culinary skills via a special five-course tasting menu, uniquely put together by himself to captivate the hearts of Portuguese food lovers.
The highlights of Chef Luis dishes include oven-roasted sea bass with juices from caldeirada fish and vegetable stew, Portuguese cod in a bread shell with smoked pork loin and onions comfit, Serra cheese, honey and sesame on a choux pastry shell, grilled rib-eye steak with black pepper and potato mash and almond and pumpkin cake with cinnamon pudding and strawberry sauce.
Limited to a one-month promotion, the Chefs Tasting Menu is available from April 15 to May 14, 2015 and is carefully paired with a selection of Esporãos finest wines. The price is MOP580 per person or MOP680 per person with wine pairing,
