Local residents can now apply for a contribution certificate from the Social Security Fund (FSS) via its online service platform ePass. According to the Fund, residents need only log onto the account of ePass to collect the certificate at a chosen time and location. The e-service provided by the Fund also allows contributors to review their personal information, such as their contribution and payment records for the past five years, certificate of birth, personal account payments and the balance of the Fund account. Residents aged 18 years or older can apply for this e-service free of charge.
