Telecommunications operator Three announced yesterday the abolishment of roaming charges to a further two destinations – Singapore and Brazil – effective June 15, making a total of 60 destinations which can enjoy no extra charges for roaming services abroad.
Macau and Hong Kong are also included in the 60 destinations.
Dave Dyson, Chief Executive, Chief Executive of Three, said in a press release: “We are committed to unlocking unfair roaming charges for British travellers, not just in the EU but across the world . . . Our announcement today is testament to this, as we extend our popular ‘Feel At Home’ service with two additional worldwide destinations, taking our total to 60 with 17 of those being outside of Europe.”
