The first Asian hotel to be run by Shun Tak Holdings Ltd’s hotel management joint venture, Artyzen CitizenM Asia Ltd, will be in Taipei, Business Daily reports. The newspaper says the 260-room hotel, in the Shimending shopping and entertainment district of the city, is a project of a subsidiary of Singapore property developer Keppel Land Ltd. The hotel is due to open in 2016.
