United States-based gaming and amusement supplier Suzo-Happ Group Inc has acquired Transcity Group Pty Ltd, official sources told Macau Business Newsletter. An Australian company, Transcity specialises in gaming-related service and support solutions, repair services, and sales and supply of gaming devices and spare parts. The company also has facilities in Macau, Philippines and Cambodia. Suzo-Happ says the acquisition will allow it to significantly expand its presence in Australia and Asia, and gain a centre for distribution and service in Macau. Transcity will operate under the same name and all staff will be retained, including senior management.
