Wynn Macau Ltd’s chief executive Steve Wynn says the company will open its first casino resort in Cotai in the first quarter of 2016, a year earlier than expected by some analysts. The new resort will be called Wynn Palace, Mr Wynn told an earnings briefing. “The theme of this hotel is flowers, floral things. The use of flowers, of water and natural light… has been taken to a new level for our company,” Mr Wynn said. Wynn Macau Ltd is also renovating its existing Macau property. The renovation is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year.
