Auto Italia Holdings Ltd, which owns the Ferrari and Maserati dealership in Macau, says it increased its net profit to HK$6.5 million (about US$833,333) in the first half of this year, 261 per cent more than a year earlier. But Auto Italia Holdings told the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that its first-half revenue had contracted by 19.6 per cent to HK$468.3 million. The company said the increase in net profit was due mainly to its assuming full ownership of its car dealership. Subsidiary Auto Italia Ltd is the distributor of Ferraris and Maseratis in Macau and Hong Kong.
