Business Awards deadline extended to August 20

Thursday, June 18, 2015 – Given the large number of requests, the organisers of the Business Awards of Macau announced today that the deadline has been extended to August to allow latecomers to join the principal professional recognition programme in Macau. All nominations, along with any supporting materials, must now be received by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, August 20.
Now in its third year, the Business Awards of Macau initiative recognises and celebrates the often-unnoticed success of our business community. It’s about promoting business, providing a networking platform and awarding deserved accolades that boost business and promote confidence and pride.
The finalists will be presented at a prestigious celebration dinner on November 26 in the Grand Lisboa’s Grand Ballroom. Up for grabs will be a maximum of 40 Excellence Awards and 10 Grand Awards, judged by an independent panel of jury members invited from different sectors of Macau society.
In 2014, more than 200 guests attended the event from across the business community as well as representatives from the government and academics. The event received extraordinary feedback and is now established as one of the key business events on the local business calendar.
