Lisbon hosts International Forum on Traditional Medicine

Starting today, the III International Forum of Traditional and Complementary Medicine, taking place in Lisbon until June 4, will gather more than 300 public and private participants from Macau, Brazil, Mozambique, and European countries, including Portugal, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, and France.
The aim of the Forum, co-organised by the Guangdong-Macau Traditional Chinese Medicine Technology Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd. and the Institute of Traditional Medicine of the University of Lisbon, is to provide local and international institutes and experts from the sector with a platform for the exchange of knowledge on policies, legislation, techniques, research and development in the field.
The Forum is supported by the Chinese Embassy in Portugal, the Chinese State Administration of Traditional Medicine, the Economic and Commercial Delegation of Macau in Lisbon, the MSAR Health Services, the Zhejiang Chinese Medical University, and Luso-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
